New snow keeps State Patrol and road crews busy - Review Messenger: Menahga and Sebeka of Wadena County's best source for local news Three inches of new snow fell Monday night, February 20, according to the Nimrod Forestry Station. City and country road maintenance crews were busy Tuesday morning clearing the roadways. The new snow kept the Minnesota State Patrol busy throughout much of the state on Monday as snow and slush accumulated on the highways.State Troopers responded to a total of approximately 191 crashes. Of those crashes, 44 resulted in injuries and two fatal crashes.
